Order Cancellation Rights
Cancellation Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email at support@shricraft.com or by filling out the contact form on our Contact Us page.
- Once an order is canceled before shipment, we will process a full refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return (subject to our return conditions).
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- The Goods include all original accessories, tags, and labels.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:
- Customized or Personalized Goods (e.g., custom-sized Laddu Gopal dresses, custom mukuts).
- Perishable or Fragile Items (e.g., decorative floral items that deteriorate over time).
- Hygiene-Sensitive Items (e.g., items that have been unsealed or used after delivery).
- Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
- Sale or Discounted Items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
If your return request meets our eligibility criteria:
- You must initiate the return request by contacting us via email at support@shricraft.com or by filling out the contact form on the Contact Us page.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our shipping aggregator, Shiprocket.
- The return pickup will be scheduled at your provided address within 3-5 business days.
- You are responsible for any applicable return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
- The product must be handed over in its original packaging, unused condition, and with all original accessories and tags.
- If the customer misses the scheduled return pickup, our shipping aggregator will attempt one additional pickup. If both attempts fail, the return request will be canceled.
- Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility.
Note: Returns may be eligible for a refund or replacement, based on availability. If a replacement is available, we will process an exchange; otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Approved Returns
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the product within 3-5 business days.
- Process your refund within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.
- Notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will not be approved, and no refund will be issued.
- If the item was a gift and the return is approved, you may receive store credit instead of a refund.
Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit upon return approval.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
